Maode Ma |
Prof. Maode Ma, a Fellow of IET, is a Full Professor in the Faculty of Computer Science and Control Engineering at Shenzhen University of Advanced Technology. He has extensive research interests including network security, Applied AI and wireless networking. Prof. Ma currently serves as the Editor-in-Chief of the Journal of Communication and Network Security, the International Journal of Computer and Communication Engineering and the Journal of Communications. He also serves as a Senior Editor for IEEE Communications Surveys and Tutorials, and an Associate Editor for the International Journal of Wireless Communications and Mobile Computing and the International Journal of Communication Systems. Prof. Ma is a Senior Member of the IEEE Communication Society. |

Yousef Farhaoui |
Yousef Farhaoui is a Professor at the Faculty of Sciences and Techniques of Errachidia, Moulay Ismail University, Morocco, where he also serves as the Director of the Laboratory of Computer Science, Mathematics, and Artificial Intelligence (IMIA). He holds a PhD in Computer Science and has extensive academic and research experience in artificial intelligence, intelligent systems, and data-driven technologies. Prof. Farhaoui’s research interests span artificial intelligence, machine learning, deep learning, Internet of Things (IoT), big data analytics, and secure intelligent systems, with particular emphasis on smart environments, healthcare applications, and cybersecurity. He has authored and co-authored numerous high-impact scientific publications in internationally recognized journals and conferences and actively contributes to interdisciplinary research at the intersection of AI and real-world systems. |

Rustam Shadiev |
Dr. Rustam Shadiev is a Professor at the College of Education, Zhejiang University, China. Dr. Shadiev is a Fellow of the British Computer Society (BCS), a Senior Member of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE), and a member of the Association for Computing Machinery (ACM). In 2019, he was honored with the title of Distinguished Professor of Jiangsu Province, China. His research focuses on advanced educational technologies and their applications in language learning, intercultural communication, AI-assisted education, and immersive learning environments. Dr. Shadiev has published extensively in top-tier SSCI journals, including Computers & Education, British Journal of Educational Technology, and Journal of Computer Assisted Learning. He has been recognized among the Most Cited Chinese Researchers in Education (2020–2024) and listed in the Stanford/Elsevier Top 2% Scientist Ranking (2023-2025). |

Mohammad Kamrul Hasan |
Mohammad Kamrul Hasan is currently an Professor Madaya and the Head of the Network and Communication Technology Research Laboratory at the Cyber Security Center, Faculty of Information Science and Technology, Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia. He is also appointed as a Distinguished Visiting Professor of Practice at the Faculty of Creative Industry, Universitas Teknologi Bandung, Indonesia, and serves as a Visiting Associate Professor in the Department of Computer Science and Engineering at Jain University, Bangalore, India. His research interests span information-centric networks, wireless communication and networking, artificial intelligence, cyber-physical systems, smart vehicular networks, smart grids, and Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT). Dr. Kamrul is a Senior Member of IEEE, a signatory member of IET, and a member of the Internet Society. He is also a Certified Professional Technologist with the Board of Technologists Malaysia. |

Prabira Kumar Sethy |
Dr. Prabira Kumar Sethy is an Assistant Professor (Stage–III) in the Department of Electronics, Sambalpur University, Odisha, India, where he has been serving since February 2013. He has more than 15 years of combined academic, research, and industrial experience, including prior service as an Engineer at Doordarshan, Ministry of Information & Broadcasting, Government of India. His research interests lie at the intersection of image processing, machine learning, and deep learning, with strong applications in agricultural image processing and medical imaging. He is a recipient of several national-level awards, including Young Scientist & Technologist Leader (DST-ESTIC 2025), InSc Young Achiever Award, and Best Paper Awards at IEEE and international conferences. He is a Senior Member of IEEE. |

William Yeoh |
William Yeoh is a full professor at the Lee Shau Kee School of Business and Administration, Hong Kong Metropolitan University. Previously, he served at Deakin University, where he was the Innovation Head at Deakin Cyber Research and Innovation Centre. His research is supported by various funding bodies and has been published in top-tier journals. His research, teaching, and service have been recognised with several national and international awards, including the Researcher of the Year Award from the Australian Information Security Association (AISA), the ICT Educator of the Year Gold Award from the Australian Computer Society (ACS), Australia’s Top 25 Analytics Leaders award from the Institute of Analytics Professionals of Australia (IAPA), internationally competitive IBM Faculty Awards, Deakin Faculty Research Excellence Award, and Deakin Vice-Chancellor’s Award for Value Innovation for his leadership of the IBM Centre of Excellence in Business Analytics. He is also an elected Fellow of the Australian Computer Society. |
